3 Entree Buffet

Minimum Order of 10 -- Must be ordered in increments of 10 guests. Includes tableware and warming kits are included. Bread, Hot and Sweet Peppers included when Beef and Sausage entrees are ordered!

**Beef will be COLD in a vacuum sealed bag. Gravy will be hot. Add beef to the hot gravy in the provided warming kit. Allow 20 minutes for set up of beef and beef to reach proper serving temperature.**
